Exchange Backup failling with error code 13 after writting few data

Hi Friends'

GRT Exchnage Backup for one of the data base failling with error code 13 file read filed , it retry 3 time and i found that every time it was faillin after writting same amount of data and same no of files ,

so i took snap shot of that file on which file it stucks and after some times it fails with 13 file read , it is log files . attaching snapshot.

Please Suggest .
