Got "Media is unrecognized" message on Backup exec 10.0

Hello,

I have one Backup exec 10.0 in my server. When I insert some tape into the backup device, I got "Media is unrecognized" message but for another tapes, the program can run the job properly.

I try to fix the problem tape but the program don't let me do the "Long ease""quick ease" or "Label Media" button in the "device" tab" (the tape is still being inserted into the device)
