Step to install master server in cluster

Hi All,

Please help to list global step by step to install master with media server in 3 nodes cluster enviroment.
Is the below step correct?
Kindy review and add necessary steps if some missing

1. Install Linux in all nodes
2. Install VCS in all nodes
3. Install VxVM in all nodes
4. Create VxFS in active node
5. run /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/cluster/cluster_config in active node
6. run /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/cluster/cluster_mvnbdb in active node
7. configure netbackup to failover if a robotic daemon fail
